Founder and President Jim McMorrow has 30 years of investigative and security experience. Having retired from the renowned Bergen County, New Jersey Prosecutor's Office as a Captain of Detectives, he has worked as an investigator and supervisor on some of New Jersey's most complex criminal cases. He has been the commanding officer of the Major Crimes Unit and the Intelligence and Counterterrorism Unit. During his career he has investigated hundreds of cases involving organized crime, violent crimes, narcotics networks, arsons, kidnappings, homicides and cold-case-homicides. He has interviewed hundreds of suspects and witnesses across the nation in the pursuit of truth and justice, and has provided courtroom testimony in New York and New Jersey at the State and Federal level. He has also directed expert venue security and threat prevention at major events, including one of New Jersey's largest concert venues.

Investigator David T. Mulcahy is a retired Supervisory United States Probation Officer from the Southern District of New York, where he served on the district’s Senior Leadership Team overseeing the supervision of high-risk federal offenders involved in organized crime, violent gangs, firearms trafficking, and terrorism-related offenses. During his career he coordinated multi-agency task force operations with the FBI, ATF, NYPD, Homeland Security Investigations, and the U.S. Marshals Service, including serving as a Task Force Officer with the Joint Firearms Task Force focused on interstate gun trafficking investigations. He also served as the district coordinator for the Witness Security Program (WITSEC) and maintained a Top Secret security clearance through the U.S. Department of Justice.
David currently serves as a Clinical Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice and Security at Pace University, where he brings practitioner expertise to the classroom and collaborates on applied research and professional training initiatives. He has presented at numerous national and international conferences, including the American Probation and Parole Association, the American Society of Criminology, the American Academy of Behavioral and Social Sciences, and the International Gang Specialists Conference. He has also delivered specialized training for law enforcement agencies on gang supervision, crisis leadership, risk management, and interagency collaboration.
He is a contributing author to Social and Political Risk Management: Assessing and Managing Global Insecurity (De Gruyter), examining sociopolitical risks within international task force operations. His professional contributions have been recognized with honors including the Frederick Thrasher Award for Service in Probation and Academic Scholarship and the Adjunct Teacher/Mentor of the Year Award for his commitment to mentoring students and supporting criminal justice education.
